No data whith dahsboard

Hi, I have a table in my datasource in my arcgis enterprise 10.8.

But when I want use a graphic whit that table, send me the label, no data.

but if I push the boton for show the table data, show me correct information

and if I choose for entity, show me the data feature by feature right.

Could you help me?

Can you provide more details on the data source? (i.e Enterprise geodatabase, FGDB, database view)

If the data is inside a enterprise geodatabase, can you view the same source in ArcGIS Pro/ArcMap with no issue?
