GPX to Features Not Correctly Launched

Hello,

I wanted to convert a gpx file to a shapefile. I launched the (GPX to Feature) tool, but it has, on the upper-left corner, a red circle with a cross in it. I egnoed it and filled the dialogue box and clicked OK, I got an error message without any details in it!

What is that? and how can I use this tool for my work?
