Have GeoEvent Server send me an email when Count reaches a certain threshold?

I am using GeoEvent Server 10.6.1 with the Geotab Connector. I see an email function in GeoEvent Server. 

Does anyone know if it is possible to send an email when the Count as seen in Monitor reaches a certain threshold, for example 1,200,000?

or 

Can GeoEvent Server be automatically set up to Reset Statistics at a regular interval or when the Count reaches a certain number?

or

Is it possible for GeoEvent Server to send me an email with a Count from  Monitor in the body?
