ArcGIS QuickCapture- Dynamic Choice Lists- Enterprise Portal Data Causes Error

We appear to have found an issue with dynamic choice lists that use data coming from ArcGIS Enterprise. When opening a project using enterprise data for a dynamic choice list we get the error "Invalid project". When switching to AGOL hosted we don't see any issues.

 Is Enterprise data supported for this functionality or only ArcGIS Online Hosted data?

I can confirm the enterprise layers work with dyanmic choice lists.
