Limit number of times a single select option can be submitted using pulldata

Hi!

I am wondering if there is a way to use the pulldata function against the feature layer it creates in survey123.

What I am interested in doing is creating a single select question with 3 options (A, B, and C), but limit the amount of times each can be picked. For example, I only want option A to be submitted to 10 times, B 15, and C unlimited. 

Would there be a way to use pulldata to either add a note that the option is no longer available, or remove it from the single select options?
