Real-time weather raster

Does anyone know how to add real-time weather data which updates automatically to a .mxd project?  I used to have it all set up at my last job on my old computer and cannot figure out how i did it now.  thanks in advance!

There is a variety of real-time weather data available on ArcGIS.com.  Here are a few that I found.  These can be added to ArcMap by going to Open > Open in ArcGIS Desktop from the web page.

US Precipitation Radar
US Weather Warnings
NWS Radar Warnings
