Documenting Pipe SDE in UPDM

Hey there, we are performing a mock migration over to the UPDM model. We have found nowhere to document our main and service line SDR numbers. This is pretty standard information across the industry form the operators we network with. I wanted to reach out and see what other are doing to migrate this information over from their previous data model.

@TravisSmith9 The SDR attribute has come up during data mapping/migration at other organizations as well. Some clients see this as a calculated ratio, that can be derived as and when needed. While others have the need to persist this data, and have added a custom field to Pipelineline feature class.
