Street Name Placement Issue

This is the only street name that labels like this and no matter what setting I change in the labeling properties it does not fix. Besides flat out deleting "LN" in HAWTHORNE LN the name won't go back. 

I am using Street Placement with may place primary under street unchecked, stacking off, and remove duplicate labels within fixed 150 points.

Have you tried using Offset Curved rather than Offset Straight for placement and/or reducing the allowed Overrun?

I am currently on Offset Curved and switched back to offset straight.  Reducing the allowed Overrun did not change the look either.
