Currently, one can not share editing for a survey in Survey123 Connect. For several hours I was trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong, and Support was also trying to figure it out. We had put them in a Shared Update Group. We expected this would enable collaboration. Then after some research Support let us know that we can not share surveys. Only the Owner can edit a survey created in Survey123 Connect, the desktop app. In fact, one can't even -see- the Surveys in Connect, to copy by doing a Save As.
Idea: enable shared editing on Survey123 Connect surveys in Shared Update Group. (And allow Save As from other users' surveys)
For now, our workaround is to create a user on our Org that we all share the login info to, and move the Ownership of all Surveys to this user. This issue is, 1) it ties up one Creator license 2) what if we all want to log in and edit surveys as the same time? 3) what if we want to isolate some but not all surveys, in terms of editing
