Survey123 Online Error 999: Replacing XPath to the survey element ; not showing full survey in the designer

When attempting to publish a new survey in the web designer the error attached below throws, I've looked at other questions on here but they are all for the Survey123 connect app.  this happened after the update on 21st. 

let me know if there is more information required.

Hello @JulieCulligan, 

Did you change the name of any questions that are used in visibility rules? For example, 

- Create Question A 

- Create Question B

- Make Question B visible based on the answer of Question A

- Change the name of Question A to Question C

Yes and he questions no longer appear in the web designer now!
