Unable to edit survey in ArcGIS Pro

Hi all,

I added begin repeat to my existing survey and added allowUpdates=true query in esri bind parameter column.
While I can update the survey in the app and in AGOL, when I pull the layer (and its table) into ArcGIS Pro, the layer and table is locked for editing.
I have admin privileges and am a survey owner however I am out of ideas how to fix it.

Any ideas?

Do you have a Basic Pro license?  If so I think this might be a limitation of editing related data at that license level.

We are all GIS Professional Basic.

I never had an issue of not being able to edit something in ArcGIS Pro, but it seems that ever since I added begin repeat, the layer is locked in ArcGIS Pro. If I remove begin repeat, I can edit the layer

I always add this as 'query allowUpdates=true'. Not sure if the order plays a part.
