Let us set links to open up in a new tab by default

Pretty much what it says on the tin.
I like to use a lot of links to cite whatever I'm talking about.
Unfortunately, the default link behaviour on Esri Community is to open in the same tab as the post you're reading, which is incredibly annoying when you're also trying to read that post.
As a courtesy to everyone else, whenever I paste a link in, I always edit it to open in a new page. This is kind of time-consuming.
What I'd like is to either give us the option of changing our default link settings OR change the default for the site for each link to open in a new page.
