I've upgraded to ArcGis 10.5 and have tried to install the relevant ArcHydro version (obtained from /archydro/archydro/Setup/10.5/), but the installation won't progress beyond the 'PreInstall' stage. Will, no can't say it's resolved. I upgraded to ArcGIS 10.4 and have been running ArcHydro 10.4 on that. Usually it works, sometimes not. When it doesn't, I go to the hydro tools in the ArcToolbox. And I still see the Arc Hydro 10.2 documentation for the Help.. Dan
I am trying to convert raster layers into DSS files to be used in the HEC-HMS models. The tool in arcHydro converts time series layres into DSS files, not raster layers. Is there a program or method to convert from raster to DSS? Thank you.

when i am using surface volume tool the volume is very very small . i don't know in which units they are shown also. if the volume shown is in the same units as the coordinates then the coordinates i used is WGS_1984. what am i doing wrong ? PLZ help me
You need to use projected data if you want any meaningful values. WGS84 is probably a geographic coordinate system with that datum and your values will probably be in square decimal degrees times your height units which is not what you want. Project your coordinates so that you X,Y and Z values are in the same units (aka, meters)
