Asset Management and Maintenance is one of the vital component for any utility company. A Typical workflow includes having mappers edit an asset that starts in planning stage and then it goes to evaluation stage and to as-built which has a lot of intermediate steps , checks and processes that needs to be carried out to place an asset in GIS database.This section highlights how business processes can be integrated with Esri Workflow manager from data collection to final maps.To achieve this workflow , Esri workflow manager steps are configured using custom .net classes, python scripts, WFM tokens.
This section will share one business architecture deployment using Esri Work flow manager and how to use WFM tokens to automate the business processes.
