Ohio Department of Transportation is in the process of implementing a Collector App solution for multiple assets throughout the agency. We rolled out our first asset, culverts, in Collector a couple of months ago. This zipped folder contains important information that we used to set up this process. The zipped folder includes:
Schema for Culverts (.gdb) - This geodatabase includes the schema for the feature class, Culvert Inventory, and the two related tables, Culvert Inspection and Culvert Inventory Modifications
Culvert Data Model (.pdf) - This was used to plan what fields and data types were to be used.
Culvert Inventory Requirements (.xlsx) - A spreadsheet detailing every field in the Culvert Inventory table.
Culvert Inspection Requirements (.xlsx) - A spreadsheet detailing every field in the Culvert Inspection table.
Culvert Inventory Modification Requirements (.xlsx) - A spreadsheet detailing every field in the Culvert Inventory Modification table.
Culvert Business Requirements Specification (.docx) - A document to capture requirements from the asset owner.
