You may have a need to put your GIS data on PostGIS. Further, you may only need specific feature class and attributes that meet certain requirements.
The presentation is about using both ArcGIS and open source tool to manage data. The presentation will focus on applying ArcPy and Ogr2Ogr to export GDB data to PostGIS. It includes using Arcpy to access to feature classes and tables in GDB. Then using Ogr2Ogr commends to convert feature classes to PostGIS. We also look into how to set up the Ogr2ogr environment.
