At Esri, we are impressed by and want to showcase the hard work and creativity of U.S. K-12 teachers using ArcGIS Online. So, we are holding a monthly video challenge. Show us the powerful things you do!
Directions: Create a testimonial video of up to 60-seconds, sharing how you use ArcGIS Online (e.g. may include GeoInquiries™, Survey123, Community Analyst, etc) in your classroom instruction. Then fill out the form below, with your name, contact info, school, and location, and include a link to your publicly viewable video (must not require login). View submitted and accepted entries at http://esriurl.com/TeacherVideos . Note: Submissions will need to be accepted before appearing on the map. Accepted videos are eligible to win the monthly contest. Each month’s challenge closes on the last business day of the month at 5pm Pacific time. Submitted videos should not contain trademarked or copyrighted content. Videos should not include any visually-identifiable person other than the teacher submitting the video.
Eligibility: Any current K12 school teacher in the United States (including districts and territories) using ArcGIS Online technologies or Esri instructional materials. No purchase required to enter or win.
Prizes: Esri will award ten prizes of $500, one each month Sept 2017 - June 2018, for the most compelling video. Entries will be judged by the Esri Education Outreach team. Videos that don't win in one month might win in the next month! Limit of TWO ENTRIES PER TEACHER during the entire challenge. To receive the prize, each monthly winner will work with Esri to produce a 3-minute video about their story.
