I wish that it was possible to purchase new named users for an AGOL organization in packs less than 5. For small organizations that need to add just one or two more users in order to meet their organizational needs, having to buy a pack of 5 users for $2500 is a burden.
Justifying $500 or $1000 dollars is much easier than higer amounts, at least in my agency. Providing the ability to purchase users in the amounts actually needed would better enable us to demonstrate the value of AGOL throughout the organization.
