It would be a great feature to be able to control the extent at which any "Zoom To" Feature action uses. As of now when you zoom to feature the map zooms to the feature to the point the feature FILLS the screen/map. Being able to control this to be a percentage or set extent from the feature would be helpful and more user friendly. The setting can be found in Data Driven Pages within ArcMap for Desktop for example.
