Draw Widget Measurements for Perimeter and Line Segments

Currently, when you opt to "Show Measurements" for any type of polygon drawn on the map, the drawing is labeled with the area of the polygon and the perimeter measure.  However, it would be more useful in most instances, for triangles, extents, and polygons, to see the measures for each individual side of the polygon.  An example of where this would particularly helpful is when measure lot or parcel tracts on the map.  And for polylines, it would be more useful to see the measure values for each individual segment of the line.  To cover cases where the user does need to see the total perimeter or total line length, that measure could also be labeled, perhaps in parentheses and/or with the suffix "total", or something like that.
