New Functions for draw\measure tool.

Hi All

We've had a few comments around adding some extra functionality in to the draw\measure tool. Specifically these include

• Showing the length for each segment in a polyline, polygon
• Interactively show the current length\diameter\area for a drawing as it its being done
• The ability to create a polyline with a fixed length, workflow being
  1. Open draw tool
  2. Select length
  3. Click on map to set start point
  4. Line will then show and will only be at the fixed length specified above
  5. Click on map to set finish point.
  6. Line will be drawn at the fixed length and in the direction where the map click was made

Our only additional comment to the above suggestion would be could the dynamic measure show up beside the graphic, not in the draw tool pane?

This would be useful as its been requested multiple times by users of MDC Smart Maps.
