Hello, I recently put the ArcHydro tools on 9.3.1, and was going through the process and made it to the "stream definition". When I tried to run that, it came back with the error message "713, class not registered. You need the following installed on your machine MSSTDFMT.DLL" Any suggestions/help appreciated. Thank you
