Export attribute table to excel file

Hi all,
           May i know how to do an executable file that should export a layer's attributable table to excel file?

There are 2 script tools available from the Geoprocessing Model and Script Tool Gallery for Exporting to Excel.

Both tools export to the .xls format.

Option #1 - Export to Excel or CSV

Option #2 - Export to Excel or HTML 
You will need to have Microsoft Excel installed to use this script tool.

Hello HIGGS,
I want also to export the whole attribute table to excel. may be this is simple question , would you pls share me how it worked with you. I am using ArcGIS 10. and when i could not figure out how to link this with ArcMAP.
