Hello

I purchased CityEngine for Vue (64 bit) 16.1.2012 from Cornucopia 3D. It installed without problems but when I try to activate it I get a notification: "Invalid activation code". I copy/pasted the activation code from the email I got when I purchased CityEngine so there's no typing errors (or at least shouldn't be). I've also tried to type the activation by hand but the result was the same: "Invalid activation code".

I've tried to contact info@procedural.com about this but got no answer.

So, what to do to get it running?

Regards,

Marko

Hello,

I've send you email with my MAC address.

One thing: I was wondering if it makes any difference but there's two network adapters on my machine. The other one is integrated on the motherboard and the other one is an external network card. I bought the external card few months ago because the integrated LAN adapter stopped working (for a day or so) for unknown reason and then started working again. But because I already had bought an external card I left that attached to the machine. So the MAC address is from the external card which is connected to the network.

Hi Marko.

The CityEngine displays all valid MAC addresses it finds in the Licensing Screen, on the top.

Can you find it ?
