Sign into a local ArcGIS Portal Install

I'm trying to find a setting or the line that allows you to adjust the sign in for ArcGIS Portal.  We have an internal install running, and use it to direct to many of our internal services.  Has anyone found the specific line to allow a user to log into a local portal?

Hi Heath,

Thanks for the response.  I saw that, but misunderstood what it was saying, and thought it was just referring to the basemaps. Have it set up now 🙂
