Hello,
I have some issue to create IDW for 3 point features classes, here what happens whan I try to make IDW for one of those shp:

This is how IDW tool appears before I let it run (it's the same for the other 2 shapefile, it changes only the input point features, called 09 and 10):

I created the field yield_sped in the attribute table and I chose type  "double". The values in this field come from a division in the field calculator. Could be wrong for this reasons?
Thanks

We need to see all the errors that the IDW tool throws. And could you zip the feature class and attach it to this thread?

Thanks

also output paths with spaces are a definite no-no, but the full error message from the results window would be useful

Spaces should be OK from version 10 on-wards.

In most cases the tool will throw an appropriate error or warning, for example, a field name in a fGDB that has a space will cause the following to be thrown;
The field name that you intended to add to your feature class or table is invalid and has been modified accordingly. Using invalid characters within a field name, such as spaces, are a common cause of this error.

If you come across any please contact Esri Support.

Thanks

Here the point features class 09 and 10. 08 I couldn't attached because the zip is too big, but 09 and 10 have the same problems of 08, so if you recognize the issues in those 2 shp, it will be the same in 08.
This is the whole screenshot about the idw tool error:

Thank you

Sorry,
in which way can I change my computers regional settings to English (United States)? Can you describe me the steps that I have to make? I've never done it.
I have installed Service Pack 2 in my notebook

To change the regional settings, you have to open up the control panel and specify the regional settings, not the updates section of the program files.  Here is the Microsoft Help that discusses it.

Do you have a selection on the data?

Start a fresh ArcMap, load 09.shp and try IDW

If I do as you wrote, it works! But I don't know why if I try to run IDW in my previous job, it didn't worked.
Anyway, thank you, and I hope I won't have to annoy you anymore 🙂
