Does anyone have a suggestion as to why an exported layer from a file geodatabase would become "invisible" in a new file geodatabase?  I've exported this layer numerous times and for some reason it just won't show up in the new geodatabase.  When exporting the layer in ArcMap I can see the layer but it's not visible in ArcCatalog nor is is visible when you go to add a new layer.  ArcCatalog acts as if the layer is there but it just doesn't show it.  The problem can be viewed in the attached screen shot.

The problem was with the name of the file. "Org_" is a reserved file name at 10.0, or in other words it is seen as a hidden system table and cannot be displayed. This has been fixed for 10.1.
