Start, stop and restart arcgis server 10.1 services using command line

can we start, stop and restart ArcGIS Server 10.1 services using command line/DOS window?
If posibble how do we do it.

Hi,

Yeah, sure. Take a look at the ArcGIS Server 10.1 Administration toolkit. You can execute these types of commands either via referring to Python files or by calling an executable file.
