Reviewer Session - Unable to deserialize Session xml

I???m getting an error "Unable to deserialize Session xml" when trying to start a ReViewer Session.

You may try the following suggestions:

1. Try installing the latest service pack and patch for your current Data Reviewer and ArcGIS Desktop.
2. Please check if Add or Remove programs in control panel does not contain any entry of previous version release of any ArcGIS product.

Also please confirm :

1. What version of ArcGIS Desktop and Data Reviewer you are using?
2. What database are you using as your Reviewer Workspace? Is it Oracle, Sql Server, file/Personal Geodatabase or any other?

I am using ARCGIS9.3.1 with PLTS for ARCGIS -Foundation, and personal geodatabase.

will it be possible for you to send me the link from where I can download the service pack / patch for ArcGIS Data Reviewer for 9.3.1

Can you please share the "XmlSupport.dat" file available in the "ArcGIS\bin" directory. I want to verify few entries in that file that may cause this issue.

You can also try repairing the PLTS Foundation install, but save a copy of XmlSupport.dat file before the repair process.
