Address Data Model - Address Management Tool 10?

I'm just wondering if the Address Management Tool in the Address Data Model is or will be available for ArcGIS 10?

I cannot login to the Spatial Bridge portal with either of my global accounts.  Does this require an invitation or separate registration to get access to the tool?
