Does anyone know if/when a new version of archydro will be released for the new 10.2 platform?

We can not see the image you attempted to post. You'll need to actually upload it rather than giving a link.

Suspect though that in your case, you've installed the wrong version of ArcHydro Tools.  ArcHydro Tools 2.0 is not the correct build for ArcGIS for Desktop 10.2.2, for that you need ArcHydro 10.2

See this thread -- Arc Hydro Setup Versions for http web delivered builds. Or use the MFT site as in this thread -- New password for Arc Hydro ftp Site - September, 5 2014

It is arc hydro for 10.2. Sorry. The error says it can not find the arcgishome directory?

I´m running Arcmap 10.2.2 and installed Arc Hydro 10.2 x64  from this link

yellow.esri.com - /archydro/archydro/Setup/10.2.x/10.2.0.76/  .

The installation was successesfull.

Then I tried the Tutorial from this link yellow.esri.com - /archydro/archydro/Tutorial/  therefor I activated the Spatial Analyst.

Testing the first step of the Terrain Preprocessing I got the error.error.PNG

I hope someone can help me.

If you are new at working with Arc Hydro, you should check out the thread at ArcHydro Problem Solvers‌ In that are tips on how to reduce the chances of errors and other problems I've had with Arc Hydro.

Not sure if the installers prevent this--they should--so it is possible you have the wrong mix of 64-bit'ness. If you installed the 64-bit ArcHydro extension, had you first installed the 64-bit geoprocessing for ArcGIS for Desktop as well?  The 64-bit geoprocessing extension installs another build of Python (64-bit), and remaps some of the Python calls to 64-bit ArcPy versions.  Those have to be there for the 64-bit ArcHydro tools to make use of.

Also, could be an issue with the Tutorial 2.0 exercise data (FGDB and/or Shape files). Truthfully it has been a while since I worked through them?   Christine Dartiguenave‌, any comment on changes needed to handle the old tutorial data in newer builds of ArcGIS and ArcHydro Tools?

I haven´t installed the 64-bit geoprocessing, so I uninstalled 64-bit Archydro.

Then I reinstlled Arcgis and Archydro (not 64-bit) but the Problem is still the same.

I regocnized that not all tools lead to this error. For example the "Flow Direction" and the "Flow Accumulation" are working.

Don´t know if it makes a difference.

Hey,

I have exactly the same error. I have ArcGIS 10.2.2 and installed ArcHydro 10.2 (64-Bit). Do you have found any solutions yet, Verena Beckmann‌?
