Read CityGML in ArcScene

Hello everyone,

I imported the CityGML (.gml file) in ArcScene but there is "no geometry" and nothing imported.
The ArcGIS I used is ArcGIS 10.2.2 (Advanced Single User- 60 days trial version).

Can this version read CityGML file?

I found some reference said that it needs professional licensing level to read and write CityGML.
How to get the professional licensing??

Any suggestion and comment?
