Sewershed Delineation?

Hi all,

I am new to network analyst and work for a large water district.  The wastewater department would like to delineate sewershed boundaries using our pipeline network.  Can anyone give me a procedure, suggestions and/or tools to do this project?

Hi Christi,

I am not sure if Network Analyst would be best for solving this type of problem since I lack understanding of what exactly do you want to do. Could you please elaborate on the issue please?

Just fyi, there is another group of tools which is used extensively in sewer/water utilities management, which is called Geometric Networks. I guess it may fit your workflows, so please read a bit about them here if you've never heard of them, maybe it's what you need.
