Issues installing ArcHydro 2.0

Hello,
I am having some trouble installing ArcHydro 2.0 for ArcGIS 10 (SP3 or SP4, I have tried both and neither work).  The installer says that a previous version of ArcHydro is installed and must be removed first, however, I never had ArcHydro installed before, so it is conflicting with something, but I am unsure as to what.  The OS is windows XP 32-bit.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I also have the problem with installing Archydro tools on my computer. I am running Windows 10,64 bits,  Arcgis 10 and I have previously installed Hydrology Modelling extension. I keep on getting the message about Apframework9. When I try to look for it to uninstall it I cant find solution how to uninstall it, cause it doesn´t appear on program list (ESRI/Waterutilities...). When I just do normal search for it I can find it. So, do you have any advices how to delete it, because through registry it obviously doesn´t work. Is there any possibility that ArcHydro and Hydrology Modelling tools are somehow conflicting each other? Thank you
