Plotting businesses onto ArcGIS

Hello,

   I am doing research on immigrant business in my county.  I have the PUMS data for attached for the businesses on the county level, this is represented by Foreign born, Self-employed in own not incorporated business, professional practice, or farm.   I would like to plot these businesses in GIS. Does anyone have any ideas how to go about this?

Having a county shapefile with that PUMS data and uploading it into ArcGIS Online/BAO/ArcGIS Desktop would allow one to create a color-coded/heat map.  If you are looking for actual business point information instead of summarized then there are other options.
