How to prevent Auto-Pan Navigation mode from resetting when zooming in/out?

Currently it seems the default behavior of the Auto-Pan Navigation mode where the screen will pan and rotate based on location updates and the direction the device is traveling, is if you pan or zoom in/out the map, it takes the user out of Navigation mode.  Is there any way to prevent this from happening?  As is, it's pretty frustrating for users who are in navigating and then want to zoom in or out suddenly get kicked out of that mode and into the map facing north.  Seems more like a bug than expected behavior.

Hi Eric Daniel,

The auto pan navigation mode won't be reset in case of zooming in or out. But only when the user pans on the map, the mode is switched off, which is the ideal behavior. You can always add a button to switch back to auto pan mode.

If you want you can disable the pan gesture during the navigation mode.

Let me know if this helps!
