I just installed ArcReader on several of our field laptops. One user's laptop is newer and has Windows 7 64 bit. The others are still running Windows XP. While all the Windows XP installations are working just fine, this Windows7 laptop has an issue with the ArcReader software that I can't seem to figure out. With a pmf map open, I go to the bookmarks drop-down to go to a bookmarked area, and the drop-down opens up blacked out. When I move the mouse curser over the area, the named bookmark will show, but disappears back to black after the mouse moves to the next selection. This happens with all the drop-down menu options. Anyone ever experience this and know a way to fix it?
