polygons duplicates

Hi all, i would like to detect polygons duplicates( tow or three polygons above others) in one polygon layer. How can i do that ? What tool do I need to use ? 

because this polygon imported from autocad format and have some errors in it , so i want to delete this errors (duplicates)

Try the Find Identical and Delete Identical tools, if you have ArcGIS 10 SP4 and ArcInfo license:

Have a look of the tools I mentioned to you. They process features in the same feature class, i.e. polygons in the same input file.

You could create a geodatabase, import the polygons to a feature class then create topology for it.
