Does anyone know of a service URL for a public OpenStreetMap Web Map Tiling Service (WMTS)?
Have tried File->Add Data->Add Data from ArcGIS Online. You could type in Street Map in the search window.

There is an OSM basemap.
I found the OSM basemap at ArcGIS Online, but as far as I know it is not WMTS-based. It's based on OpenStreetMap (OSM) tile servers.
How can you tell what the URL is to this basemap as I would like to add it to a 3rd party GIS application that requires a URL? I did not see a URL when I added this basemap to ArcMap.
This is the ArcGIS basemap hosted with AGOL. Not sure what the actual URL is.
