These coming soon features for v4 are going to require us to develop a 3.16 and 4.0 version of our app in order to offer 3D support. What is the timeframe for these:
1. no labelling for 2D layers, only 3D
2. MapImageLayer
We're not set on the timeline for 2D label support yet. But it will come.
