We use FME to upload data to ArcGIS Online, but ran into an interesting error as returned by ArcGIS Online. Has anyone experienced similar issues when updating large volume of data in ArcGIS Online? It works when there are few/small updates but we started to get the following error when sending in large volume of data to update.

The error code from the server was '1000' and the message was: 'Could not open system assembly ''C:\BBEnvRoot\bbroot\BL3SAP10A62E426.HOSTCONTROLNODE\App\SqlServer.7189920_svc_be2_1\sqlservr\binn\microsoft.sqlserver.types.dll'': 32(The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.).'
I found this answer on stack exchange, but this means that ESRI developers need to apply a setting to their SQL Server.
