cannot find the route between two points

when it try to find the route between those tow points "233.46362,266.51697" "290.34512,330.4421"
with this link it

it say {"error":{"code":400,"message":"Unable to complete operation.","details":["The input points are not within the data coverage area."]}}

those point in egypt and in the web app on arc portal i can find the route , put with the android app or rest it give me error why ??

are the applications using the same coordinate system?

When I click the link, I get this error:
