Hi there,
I've just installed Windows Mobile 10.2.1. on my PC, but can't find the toolbox'es??
I have ArcGIS 10.3.1. (the toolbox should support 10.3) and it's on a Windows 10.
Any suggestions where the toolbox is hidden or why it's missing?

I created a ticket with esri support and they transferred me the installer patch which installs the mobile toolbox on ArcGIS 10.4.
