crowd source reporter web app template

Hello,

I know that the crowdsource reporter use the geoform widget for reporting. Is there a way to customize the geoform widget so it will be more like xslforms - with relevant options (the ability to skip a question or make an additional question appear based on the response to a previous question), repeats (a user can repeat a group of questions) and more?

Or maybe I can replace the geoform with an xlsform widget?

deshegis‌ Although I'm sure it is possible to re-write the forms part of the Reporter app, this would require extensive changes to the application code that go well beyond what can be supported by Esri. The form in Reporter is styled like the GeoForm app, but it is not a widget that can be easily swapped out for another.
