I created a web map from a published service and shared with a particular group. All the layers show properly. I than created a web app from this web map and shared this as well. All layers in the web app show properly when viewing on desktop. Problem occurs when I scan the QR code and open the shared URL link on smartphone. It takes me to the web app, but none of the layers show. Anyone else have this problem or know whats causing the layers to not show on the mobile/tablets?
