Legend will not print correctly in ArcGIS Web app

Hi, 

I have a very simple basic map viewer app published, but when I use the print function it will not display my legend item descriptions correctly. Instead of showing the legend items names, it defaults to "Override 1", "Override 2" etc...

any ideas how I can get this to show the legend items descriptions?

Are the parcels the result of some sort of query? or widget result?

They a shapefile, that I have symbolized with Unique Symbols. If I don’t use unique symbols based on a selected field, the layer name will print in the legend, but as soon as I try to symbolize it differently it does this.
