Cannot submit report on Crowdsource Reporter

Does anyone have any idea of what the problem might be if I receive the following message on Crowdsource Reporter please?

I had the same error, but the source was my editable feature class that I created in ArcGIS Online. The red flag was that I couldn't edit it in a normal web map, so I definitely could not edit it in Crowdsource Reporter. Somewhere along the line, it must of become corrupted.

So, I created a new feature class (and you can create one using your old one as a template, so that was a big time saver) and placed it in my web map. Then everything worked fine.
