Proper WFS support

Do anyone know when ArcGIS Pro will support WFS on the same level as ArcMap?? That is; add a wfs service connection either via the INSERT --> Connections menu or via a Data Interoperability connection as in ArcMap?

The WFS to feature class Tool is not sufficient for most of our customers.

The next release of ArcGIS PRO will have native support for WFS.

Is there any documentation on this available on the website and is there a preliminary release date for the next version?

I know 1.4 has just arrived but I guess it doesn't hurt to ask 😉
