Can I control how long it takes a maptip to open?

Hello,

I was wondering if there are any available properties to control how long it takes to open a maptip?  I'm looking for something kind of similar to GraphicsLayer.MapTipHideDelay  except that it would control the opening delay.  Specifically I'm trying to shorten the amount of time you have to hover before a maptip opens.

Hi Mark,

I believe the delay in showing the map tip is 500 milliseconds, an effort to ensure the mouse is genuinely hovering over an item and the user is intentionally trying to show a map tip. Any less and you risk firing map tips are the user simply pans across the map.
