Does FMV have a video file size limit?

Is there a limit to the video file size that FMV can open? Currently as .mov our videos are 15-41GB each. What size should we get them down to when we convert them?

      No, there is no maximum file size.

What video formats are supported?

The FMV add-in will play video from any camera that records any of 7 common file formats including MPEG, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, MPEG-2 Program Stream (PS), MPEG-2 Transport Stream (TS), H264 and ESD (VOB).  4K x 4K format video is also supported. Also note that *.mov format video files are typically (but not always) H264 format, so if you make a copy of your *.mov file and rename the extension to *.h264, try playing it in FMV. If it works, you can proceed to the next step of multiplexing (see below) to add location and orientation metadata into the video file.

When using the Multiplex tool, 25 minute videos are reduced to 2 mins. How can I prevent this from happening?
